Today we looked at an open ended problem, then we designed our own math problems. Once we were sure we had what someone needed to solve the problem, we went to Mrs.Barnes' room in 2nd grade to let them try and solve the problems. The 2nd graders were so smart in their problem solving abilities! So mathy!
Wow! That sounds great,me and my class would love to do that. Yesturday we did 2 step word problems, have you ever done that?

I agree with Ambi, this sounds like great fun. Our class are doing something like this on Friday with our science lesson we are going to teach (refresh) our year 6 students all about plants and what they need to grow. We will let you know how successful it is.
