This week:

• Progress Reports came home on Friday. Please sign the heavy white cardstock cover and return it inside the brown envelope. The printed progress report page is yours to keep.
• School pictures are on Thursday. An order form came home last week. If you have misplaced your form and would like another please check in the front office.
• Please don't forget to remind your child to read 20 minutes a night and complete the home reading log daily. This is not optional and is considered assigned homework. A homework grade will be taken at the end of the nine weeks over the reading log.
• The Mossman PTA is beginning to plan the annual Fall Fun Run. This year's theme is "Boogie Knights." This is a really fun event that all kids participate in and enjoy, plus it is a great fundraiser for our school. Each child receives a t-shirt to track the number of laps they run. The PTA is looking for Fun Run Sponsors. Sponsors can have their names added to the back of the shirt. If you are interested in being a sponsor or know someone who would like to be a fun run sponsor, please let me know!
• I am looking for a parent volunteer to head up the Junior Achievement program in our classroom.  If you are interested in heading up the program please contact me via email.
